Ritchie Norriss

With over 36 years building experience in the Nelson Tasman Region, Licenced Building Practitioner and Owner, Ritchie Norriss is a born and bred local with a strong community focus.  Working his way through his apprenticeship with Mead & Martin in the 1980’s Ritchie learned his trade from some of the most respected in the industry.  Over the years, Ritchie has built strong professional relationships with numerous sub-trades, so that he always has the right team for your job no matter how big or small.  He is well respected in the industry, which in turn helps his clients to get the best possible care and attention.

Ritchie provides a full service approach, covering all aspects of the job from design and planning, through to managing council consents and Code Compliance.  His reputation has been built on trust, sheer hard work and determination, and his impressive knowledge of all things construction.  It is with pride that Ritchie has built his business largely on referral and repeat clients.
